Great Smoky Mountains Railroad and Jeep Tour

Book now for 2024!  The “Rails and Trails” package! A ride on the Great Smoky Mountains Railroad is followed by a trip on the roads less traveled in a custom Jeep.  You will ride through the Smoky Mountains, cross Fontana Lake on a trestle bridge and up into the Nantahala Gorge.  On your 2 hour train ride, watch paddlers challenge the rapids on the Nantahala River. Then a back-country ride awaits you on the roads less traveled a specialty Jeep.  Experience colorful history and natural beauty while sitting back and leaving the driving to us.  Lunch and transportation back to your car in Bryson City is included.  Children must weigh 40 pounds.
